What are the requirements to become either a Nadcap subscriber or associate subscriber?

To participate in the Nadcap program as a Nadcap Subscriber or Associate Subscriber a company must have either Design Authority and/or be certified by their Regulatory Agency (Type Certificate (TC), Production Certificate (PC) or Technical Standard Order (TSO). 

The company must work to there own special process specifications and have internal engineering organizations to provide technical direction and support.
