What are the benefits / limitations of becoming an associate subscriber?

The Associate Subscriber program is designed to make it more affordable for smaller contractors to benefit from Nadcap membership.  Associate Prime membership is limited to companies with a maximum of 100 suppliers, if subscribing to 5 or less programs or a maximum of 175 suppliers, if subscribing to 6 or more programs.

Associate Primes who actively participate at the Task Group level may be given a vote on that Task Group on all matters except those pertaining to accreditation decisions.  Associate Primes have the right to attend and be heard at the Nadcap Management Council (NMC), however they do not have a vote on the NMC.  A prime cannot hold both Associate and full Subscriber status.

Associate Prime benefits include:

·         eAuditNet access to on-line QML

·         Supplier Advisories (for suppliers on the Associate Prime’s supplier list)

·         Access to audit reports ($75/copy)-written approval required by supplier

·         Listing privilege to the Nadcap subscriber’s matrix
