PRI Registrar The IAQG OASIS Database
February 6, 2004
The International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) has set firm requirements in the “Requirements for Certification / Registration of Aerospace Quality Management Systems”, SAE AIR5359, Revision B dated July, 2003. One of the requirements is that the registrar “shall submit to SAE via the OASIS database the result of the assessments performed” so that this data is available for OEM review.
ANSI-RAB in concert with the Aerospace RMC (Registrar Management Council), require all certified / compliant / accredited aerospace companies be listed in the OASIS database.
- All aerospace AS9100 registered companies, with certification approval dates of July 1, 2003 and later, must be entered into OASIS by PRI Registrar;
- If your audit occurred prior to July 1, 2003, you have the option of being entered into OASIS now or after your next full assessment audit.
The charge for OASIS registration is $500.00 for all AS9100 registered companies, by individual certification, for the duration of your current registration. This is not a PRI Registrar fee; this charge is a direct pass through by PRI Registrar from SAE in support of the IAQG OASIS system. For more information on the OASIS database, and to register to use the system, visit the OASIS website at http://www.iaqg.org/OASIS
