This flow chart represents the basic process that laboratories in the PRI/Nadcap IPT Program will go through to participate in this program.

Laboratory accesses PRI/Nadcap Interlaboratory Proficiency Testing website for general instructions

Laboratory submits enrollment form to PRI/Nadcap plus application fee

PRI/Nadcap confirms receipt of enrollment form and creates IPT data set

PRI/Nadcap ships IPT test kit (Materials, Software & Instructions)

Laboratory downloads data set template, receives materials and performs specified tests

Laboratory inputs test results per instruction

Laboratory views/obtains customized test results
