Documents

ISO Guide 43 - Development and Operation of Laboratory Proficiency Testing

ASTM E1301 - Standard Guide for Proficiency Testing by Interlaboratory Comparisons

ASTM E178 - Practice for Dealing with Outlying Observations

ASTM E691 - Practice for Conducting an Interlaboratory Study

Nadcap AC7101 - This document is available from PRI.  All other program documents can be accessed at www.eauditnet.com

SAE - The Society of Automotive Engineers is your one-stop resource for technical information and expertise used in designing, building, maintaining and operating self-propelled vehicles for use on land or sea, in air or space.

ASTM - A developer and provider of voluntary consensus standards, related technical information and services having internationally recognized quality and applicability that promote public health and safety and the overall quality of life; contribute to the reliability of materials, products, systems and services, and facilitate national, regional and international commerce.

NIST - The National Institute of Standards and Technology is an agency of the US Department of Commerce’s Technology Administration. Established in 1901, NIST strengthens the US economy and improved the quality of life by working with industry to develop and apply technology, measurements and standards.

ISO - The International Organisation for Standardization is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies from some 130 countries, one from each country.

Nadcap - The highest assurances of quality on earth and well beyond – the standards of the aerospace industry now apply to industry at large through Nadcap. Nadcap represents major prime contractors, suppliers and government agencies in aerospace, defence and related industries throughout the USA and internationally. Nadcap is administered by the Performance Review Institute (PRI), an independent, not-for-profit trade association affiliated with the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). Through Nadcap, PRI accredits subcontractors and suppliers to aerospace and defense industry consensus standards. The “one-audit, one-time” accreditation concept offers real cost reductions to both prime contractor and supplier.
