PRI has asked for a great deal of information to secure licenses for the PRI audit. I have a large number of audits and a large number of parts which need to be reviewed and I do not have the time to complete this task. This information should be stated on the PO. As a supplier, I do not agree that the responsibility for getting this information is mine.

We understand that this can be a difficult and time consuming task (gathering the needed data). If PRI does not get the data, we cannot get the licenses (if required). If we cannot get the licenses, the EC-LR/Restricted material cannot be audited. Your customers, the primes, will have to address the issue if the hardware that they want to be audited cannot be audited due to licensing issues.
