How does PRI expect to get the information on what is being audited so it can be put on a TAA? Work that is being audited is typically not received until 1 – 2 days prior to the audit, or even during the audit.

We want to license all materials, product, and technology which the supplier has active Purchase Orders on.  The basic concept of Nadcap is that any materials or products which are manufactured using the process being audited need to be available for audit.  So – you should not try to predict what parts actually will be audited – gather it all together & submit it on the form (form is on the PRI web.) You may wish to consult your customer (Nadcap prime) if you have a large number of parts and wish to select a representative sample for licensing purposes.
