My company contact person name has changed - how do I update eAuditNet?
According to Nadcap Internal Procedure (NIP) 7-04 section 5.4.1, a t-frm-11 Notification of Change / Request for Revised Certification is required for any changes that are made to company name, address, company contact or in accordance with AS7003.
This form is located at www.eAuditNet.com under the Public Documents section. It is the first document listed under the General Documents heading.
