How do I get a quote for a Nadcap audit?

To obtain a quote for a Nadcap audit, you must complete a Preliminary Questionnaire for that special process / product. This is essentially a list of the entire potential audit scope from which you select those that apply to your facility. Then return the completed Preliminary Questionnaire to PRI, who will respond with a quote for the duration and cost of the audit.
